Based in the captivating and picturesque Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, I have almost 20 years of experience as a psychologist. Other facets of my professional life include being an Organisational Consultant, EFT Practitioner, Mediator and Clinical Hypnotherapist. My wealth of knowledge and skills extend to being an Executive Consultant for Total Mine Solutions, a reputable labour-hire company specialising in resource companies, and a sessional teaching fellow at Bond University. Currently pursuing a PhD at Bond University, my research revolves around optimal performance, the flow experience, performance anxiety and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). In addition to my research, I have the opportunity to deliver presentations and teach others in these subjects, sharing my knowledge and passion.
Beyond my professional endeavours, sports and music hold a special place in my heart. I have a keen interest in martial arts, badminton, resistance training and European handball. Singing, playing the drums and guitar, and occasionally tinkering with the piano provide a creative outlet that further enriches my diverse interests.
As a focused and driven individual, I embrace the diverse opportunities and activities that life has to offer. With many interests and hobbies, I find inspiration, joy, and fulfilment in my daily pursuits. I believe in the transformative power of continuous growth and development, recognising the magic that happens when we strike a balance between productivity and relaxation.
With intent and commitment to continuous growth and a drive to positively impact, I am dedicated to helping individuals and organisations thrive.
