What is Clinical EFT?

Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), is a powerful therapeutic approach that combines elements of traditional psychotherapy with acupressure. It involves gently tapping on specific points on the body while focusing on emotional issues or distressing memories. By stimulating these energy points, Clinical EFT aims to restore balance to the body’s energy system and promote emotional healing. With its holistic and integrative approach, Clinical EFT offers individuals a practical tool to alleviate emotional discomfort and enhance overall well-being. This technique is widely used to address a range of psychological challenges, including anxiety, trauma, phobias, and stress.
